MISSING INVESTMENTS

We only fetch your equity holdings and ETFs directly from your broker accounts.

MISSING RECENT TRANSACTIONS

We fetch your data directly from your online broker which only updates your data
once the trade is settled, which typically occurs on T+1 (the day after the
trade). For eg. If you buy 1 share of Nifty50 on Monday, the trade is settled on
Tuesday and will be visible on Mojek after the refresh on Tuesday afternoon.


DAILY LOGIN FOR SOME BROKERS

You need to log in daily to your Mojek broker account as connections reset
automatically at 7am. Exceptions are Zerodha, which disconnects every 30 days,
and Dhan, which disconnects every 7 days. For other brokers, log in to update
your holdings after trading. We will maintain your previously updated data.
